BizDeals365.com is an online marketplace for buying and selling businesses in the United States and Canada. Business owners, business brokers and franchisors advertise what they have for sale, and buyers search those listings by industry and by location. Alongside whole businesses, the site carries franchise opportunities, a directory of business brokers, and a marketplace for individual business assets such as equipment, fixtures and surplus inventory.
We are an advertising platform rather than a broker. Our job is to put a seller in front of the right buyers and then stay out of the way, so the two sides deal with each other directly. Our site lists businesses in both countries priced in US or Canadian dollars.
What You Can Do Here
- Buy a business
- Search by industry and by city, county, state or province, set a radius around a location, and compare asking price, cash flow and revenue. Searching and contacting sellers is free and needs no subscription.
- Sell a business
- Build a listing with photos, financials and a description, publish it for a monthly advertising fee, and handle the enquiries yourself. Offer the whole business, or look for a partner or investor.
- Buy or promote a franchise
- Browse franchise opportunities by industry and investment level, or, as a franchisor, publish your opportunity to reach people actively looking to buy one.
- Find a business broker
- Search the broker directory by location to find someone to represent you, or list your own brokerage and its inventory to reach buyers and sellers.
- Buy or liquidate business assets
- Sell equipment, fixtures and excess stock you no longer need, or pick up assets from businesses that are downsizing or closing.
What Makes Us Different
- No commission on your sale
- Most places that help you sell a business take a percentage when it sells. We do not. You pay a monthly advertising fee to keep your ad online and that is the end of it: no success fee, no closing cost, no percentage. The full sale price is yours.
- You deal with the other side yourself
- Enquiries come to you, not through us. You decide who to reply to, what to disclose and when. Nobody is inserted into your negotiation.
- You control how much you reveal
- Selling a business is usually confidential. You choose what goes into the ad and can leave the city name out, so staff, customers and competitors are less likely to identify the business before you are ready.

How We Make Money
Our income comes from advertising fees paid by sellers, franchisors and brokers to publish their listings. We do not take a commission on any transaction and we do not charge buyers. Sellers who want more visibility can pay for a premium ad, and where placement is paid for it is offered as a clearly priced option rather than something quietly sold behind the scenes.
What We Are Not
We are not a business broker and we do not act as an agent for either side. We do not value businesses, negotiate on your behalf, verify the figures quoted in a listing, or give legal, tax or financial advice. Listings are written by the people advertising them. Always carry out your own due diligence and use your own professional advisers before committing to a deal.
