Franchise Opportunities in the USA and Canada
The BizDeals365 franchise directory lists opportunities from franchisors recruiting new owners in the United States and Canada. Filter by industry, such as food and restaurants, health, beauty and fitness, pets, automotive and education, or by the way a franchise is run: home based, mobile, low cost, multi unit, master and SBA approved concepts. Listings typically show the total investment, the liquid capital and net worth the franchisor expects, and the states and provinces still open, when the franchisor provides those figures.
Enquiring is free for franchise buyers. You send your details to the franchise development team from the listing page, and they follow up with the disclosure document and the next steps. Nothing is charged to you at any point, and no franchise broker sits between you and the brand.
Investment Shown Up Front
When the franchisor provides them, total investment, franchise fee, royalty and the liquid capital required appear on the listing, so you can rule a concept in or out before you make contact.
Territories Still Open
Listings name the states and provinces a franchisor is recruiting in, so you only enquire where you can actually open a unit.
Free For Franchise Buyers
Searching the directory and contacting franchisors costs nothing. There is no subscription and no fee for an introduction.
Straight To The Franchisor
Your enquiry goes to the development team at the brand itself, not to a franchise broker who is paid on placement.

Franchise Buyer Questions
How much does it cost to buy a franchise?
It depends entirely on the brand. Home based and mobile concepts can start in the low tens of thousands, while a restaurant or hotel franchise can run into the millions. Listings typically show the total investment and the minimum liquid capital when the franchisor provides them, so you can work to what you are able to fund.
Is there any charge for contacting a franchisor?
No. Searching the directory and sending an enquiry is free for buyers. We charge no introduction fee, and franchisors pay only a monthly advertising fee to be listed.
What is the difference between the franchise fee, the royalty and the total investment?
The franchise fee is the one time payment for the right to trade under the brand. The royalty is an ongoing percentage of revenue. Total investment is the all in figure and covers the franchise fee along with fit out, equipment, opening inventory and working capital.
What is liquid capital and why do franchisors ask for it?
Liquid capital is cash and anything you can convert to cash quickly, as distinct from your total net worth. Franchisors use it to check that you can fund the opening and carry the unit until it trades profitably, which is why most listings state a minimum.
Which territories are available?
Availability is set by the franchisor, and each listing names the states and provinces it is recruiting in. You can also filter the directory by state or province to see only the brands open in your area.
Can I buy an existing franchise instead of opening a new one?
Yes. A franchise resale is advertised as a business for sale, where you take over a unit that is already trading with its revenue and customers in place. Both routes are on BizDeals365, so it is worth searching the business listings as well as this directory.
