Carrie Duvall founded 1st & Main Partners, a brokerage guiding buyers and sellers through business sales. Carrie is annually recognized as a multi-million-dollar performer through botht he International Business Broker's Association (IBBA) and the Florida Business Brokers association (BBF).
Previously, Carrie excelled as a commercial and SBA lender for a mega-regional bank following a career in economic development.
Carrie was also a Regional Director responsible for 3,000 employees in the Southeast and Puerto Rico with a high growth retailer.
Carrie has owned an operted several service-based businesses and now as owns and operates her brokerage. She estimates over the last few decades, she has consulted with 100s of business owners launch, creating strategic plans, improving efficiencies and operations, maketing and web strategies, and obtaining financing. For almost a decade, Carrie has successfully served those looking to buy or sell a business.
Carrie earned her Executive MBA from Crummer School of Business. Carrie’s designations include Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional, Certified Business Analyst, Certified SBA and Commercial Lender.
Carrie has received numerous awards most notably the International Economic Development Council’s Program of the Year for impact, in-kind donations, and funds raised after founding the Advisory Board Council.
Licensed in FL and GA, Carrie is a member of Business Brokers of Florida, and International Business Brokers Association where she chairs the Women’s Advisory Board. Carrie currently volunteers with SCORE counseling start-ups, small and medium sized bsuiness owners.
Carrie has volunteered and served on boards with local Chambers, the United Way, Harbor House, and the SPCA of CFL.
Carrie enjoys adventure, mentoring, hiking, backpacking and camping, travel, sketching, and, with the intrepid help from her husband Carl, remodel homes (an expensive and chronic hobby). Their last remodel was featured on A&E Home Improvement show.
Carrie and her husband are also the adoptive parents of Mousie, a Bengal mix and former SeaWorld performer.
