Lisa Ludwig
Pool Route Sales USA, Inc
Lisa is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University (B.A. in Business Administration, 1996) and received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management (emphasis in Human Resources Management, with high honors, 2001). Lisa has 14 years of experience as a Director of Career Services in higher education and as a college professor teaching courses in the areas of Business Management and Computer Applications. During her career, Lisa successfully assisted more than 1,400 graduating students in obtaining career positions in their field of study. While still working full time at the university, Lisa assisted her husband, Joe Ludwig, with his expanding pool service business. She managed the office operations, while Joe was busy managing the service and repair side of the business. Her experience was a natural fit in assisting both buyers and sellers to determine their future goals, so in 2006 she left her collegiate career to pursue a career in the pool service brokerage industry. Since then, she has listed and assisted in the sale of an average of 150+ routes per year.
