While still working full time at the university, Lisa assisted her husband, Joe Ludwig, with his expanding pool service business. She managed the office operations, while Joe was busy managing the service and repair side of the business. Her experience was a natural fit in assisting both buyers and sellers to determine their future goals, so in 2006 she left her collegiate career to pursue a career in the pool service brokerage industry. Since then, she has listed and assisted in the sale of an average of 150+ routes per year.
